Fu 7 was a 20-watt VHF Command tank radio set (full
identification Fu 7 SE 20 U) consisting of Ukw.E.d1 receiver
and 20 W.S.d
transmitter and Ukw.E.d1 receiver. Used for liaison with air support providing
ground-to-air link. The air-to-ground link was supported by FuG 17
airborne radios.
